Kundalini, Nonduality, & Poetry
with Gian Singh
Mantra • Tantra • Yantra • Advaita
This immersive workshop offers a direct exploration of the contemplative traditions of Kundalini Yoga and Advaita Vedanta through embodied practice, philosophical inquiry, and contemplative meditation. Rather than approaching these traditions as abstract systems of belief, participants are invited into an experiential encounter with awareness through movement, breath, mantra, and silence.
The workshop begins with two hours of Kundalini Kriya and meditation, cultivating vitality, steadiness, and receptive awareness. Following a short break, the group reconvenes for a Satsang exploring the relationship between mantra, tantra, yantra, and the nondual vision of Advaita. The afternoon concludes with a guided sky-gazing meditation, inviting participants into an open awareness practice rooted in spaciousness, presence, and direct experience.
This offering is open to practitioners of all levels. No previous experience with Kundalini Yoga or nondual philosophy is required—only a willingness to practice with sincerity and curiosity.
